The monthly virtual Myelin Dance Room
Upcoming virtual dance sessions. Whether you are standing or seated, have your video on or off, it does not matter. Please come join us for 30 minutes of online dance time, all are welcome. The following are dates for the rest of the year, all are the second Saturdays starting at 10am PST:

Participation in an annual fundraiser for MS Foundation
DAMMS411 is actively partnering with the national MS Foundation for their annual fashion show fundraiser in November 2025.
Join us on Friday, November 14th at 6:00 PM at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort for the second annual MS Focus on Fashion!
